I'll walk you through my Kesar Pista Cream Puff with craquelin recipe! You'll learn the basics of a pate a choux dough. This class can NOT be done eggless and there are no egg substitutes.

Here is what you'll need to join in:
Butter, sugar, eggs, salt, all-purpose flour, heavy cream, cardamom or vanilla, powdered sugar, saffron, pistachios (can be omitted)
Equipment: baking pan, parchment paper, piping bag or gallon ziplock bag, scissors, whisk, mixing bowl, small knife or toothpick, pastry brush/silicone brush, 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch cookie cutter
